Delete your Nutkin account
You can delete your Nutkin account and its data at any time, with or without the app.
In the app
Open Settings → Delete account & data. It works for guest accounts too, and it takes effect right away.
Without the app
Email support@nutkinapp.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address of the Apple or Google account you linked, or include your friend code (it starts with NUT), so we can find your account. We'll reply to confirm, delete the account within 30 days of your request and let you know when it's done.
What's deleted
- your account and its sign-in details, and any Sign in with Apple token (Nutkin is also disconnected from your Apple Account);
- your colony backup and your synced list;
- your friend code, friends, blocks, the notes you sent and received, and invite records;
- your feedback messages.
What's kept
- Purchase records: Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep them under their own policies and the law. Deleting your account doesn't cancel Nutkin Plus, so cancel it with Apple or Google.
- Analytics and crash reports: they're tied to random IDs, not to your account, and they're deleted when their retention period ends.
- Support emails: as long as we need them to help you.
- What's on your phone: deleting in the app erases it; otherwise, delete the app.
Guest accounts with very little progress are also deleted automatically 180 days after they were last used. The Privacy Policy has the details.
